This will result in a system that won\u2019t cycle off. This can also be caused by a mis-calibration that causes the unit to misread temperatures and not shut off the AC compressor or fan when it\u2019s supposed to.<\/p>\n<h2>Dirty Condenser Coil<\/h2>\n<p>Your condenser coil must remain clean in order for the outdoor unit to be able to release heat. A layer of grime on the condenser can cause the system to trap heat and begin to overwork as it struggles to reach the set indoor temperature.
